What do you want to stream? TvHeadEnd will easily do DVB-C/S/T, there's even card server support.
If you want to stream a few provider boxes then you'll need HDMI to IP encoders, which you'll eventually link to tvheadend anyway.
I would just recommend ordering extra boxes from that sat provider and call it day lol..
A hoe should be making that money and keeping daddy happy, iptv should be the least of your worries.
