Look into Gears IPTV. Has its own EPG that is pretty good. Ive had Gears for a few months with no issues whatso ever.
I also use /r/SmoothStreamsTV
Look to a premium iptv provider for those features. Check out the iptv subreddit

Here's a quick 5 min video of my setup. This is just Kodi 17 with the Xperience skin and Vaders plus Simple IPTV PVR add ons. All the VOD Movies, TV Series, and Live TV are all streaming from Vaders.

So my config is. Libreelec (KODI17). Default Skin with Estuary MOD and Simple IPTV client from PVR addons. Just plug your M3U and EPG links in there and you are good to go.
