Make a ticket and ask them to lock you to a server nearest to your location. I'm also a reseller for flawless and can guarantee you this is not on their end. If you have comcrap then get vpn. Their routing sucks in some areas. Do a tracert and you will see what I'm talking about. Goodluck.

I'm in the same boat. Had NFPS for a year and was told that there are better services out there? Can someone enlighten me? I'm using STBEmu if that makes a difference on an android box. I wonder if the NFPS service is any better thru the satellite? I have never tried it. My main likes are kids shows, news and Canadian channels. Don't know why I'm fascinated with Canada.
