I happened to run across this one which has the most Arabic channels I've ever seen. Not sure if they're any good or if they have catch up but they have their channel list on the website: http://tvluux.com
Most of the major providers I've tried all have a fair amount of OSN channels though, not sure about BeIN. They have the BeIN sports, but haven't seen BeIN movies.
EclipseiPTV has all of them. Catchup also coming this week.
