Have two providers Epic and Flawless and they both freezing/glitching really bad during the matches, rest of the day they are fine. I have a good connection and tried various devices. What provider did you use? and how was it?

Probably heard this before. But this definitely sounds like you need a VPN.
Hi, I was interested in doing a comparison on the 2 services you have running. Epicstream and flawless to see, During daily and nightly tv watching ,Which is the most freeze free ,buffer free of the 2 of them on the english channels..Also a vpn is likely to make things a lot worse since it slows things down. The freezing during big events is on their end because of so many people populating the service at those times. and them not having a big enough server to handle the heavy load while trying to maintain all the other channels at the same time. Let me know ,since you have personal experience with both epicstream and flawlees. I have epicstream if you have any questions as well. I don't use a vpn if that helps you. thanks
