I don't know if they take credit cards, but Vaders has one of the better US EPG layouts I've seen. It's about 90 - 95% accurate/complete. There's still a few odd channels that either don't have guide data or the data is for the wrong channel. Maybe 2-4 missing and 2-4 with wrong info. Wish they would fix those.
Why would you pay with a credit card.

NitroTV with EPG I have some trial and it does contain m3u format what device you trying to use it on?
I just posted a similar msg in another thread. I have tried a bunch of providers and to me Epicstream has the highest HD quality streams for USA, CAN and Sports. They are terrible for international streams, but they are the BEST for USA, CAN, Sports.
EPG is almost close to 100% for English Channels as well. /r/epicstream is probably the best place to find all the details or FB.
Strongly suggest checking out a trial.
