Any IPTV providers that will work with slower, rural Internet?

Yes, IPGUYS. One of the lowest quality HD providers out there. Their HD is like SD for many providers.

6-9mbps is pretty good, it might buffer a few seconds between channels changes as the thats when download spikes, but it will settle even on HD at 2-3-4mpbs, otherwise SD channels should work perfectly.

Most providers provide a SD version of a HD channel anyway as a backup so you can choose which one suits to you.

I was also looking for providers with sd channels and/or h265 or h.265 tests for friends who have less than 10mbps bandwidth. I only found resellers, not direct providers. Be cautious! = usual advice = ask for a 12h or 24hours test, or only buy for 1month. Mostly focus on arabic, french and sports channels http://smart-streamtv.com/iptv/ and their fb page https://www.facebook.com/NeoTVolka/ . Another reseller is the famous chinese http://www.leadcool.net/ with subtv, iudtv and qhdtv on http://www.evybuy.com/ or http://www.buymyiptv.com/?shopId=189089265676743385 https://www.facebook.com/leadcool . Another reseller https://mag256.tv/ . I hope more providers will start testing h265 channels.
