I am using Mytv this month. A lot of indian channels with punjabi. And all the star sports channels in pretty good quality. Bollywood Vod are also updated regularly. Pretty happy with it so far.

I personally would recommend IPGuys (Average quality streams) or IPTV Express (Great quality streams but required at least 25 MBPS internet connection). Good luck on your search!

i have tested wsspremium. their channels were great, no buffering and had all indian channels
i also tested iptvsubs.is, they have everything, i mean every indian channel u want, but it buffers at peak times like crazy so not good for that.
