Probably clutching at straws here but does anyone know a way of IPguys actually viewing and fixing faulty channels.
Press APP button on remote when watching, then scroll to complain, then click channel or whatever issues are.
Have no clue if that works direct to suppliers servers or not, but noticied it other day.
Or send ticket to reseller ask them to forward to main men or whatever.
