Can't get the M3U file on NecroIPTV

Question

I bought a month subscription. It is paid and says it is active. When I go to user Panel and give my email address it doesn't allow me to get the file with this Error: Error: please enter the E-Mail connected to that user

My uncle will kill me if I can't get the tv running till kickoff. please.

Bump. It still doesn't work. No way to contact support. Phone number is inactive, chat not responding

Contact support. Username and password is different from control PA so and what you need for iptv box
