If you aren't in a big hurry, I would wait a couple of months. Dreamlink will be releasing a new box with better hardware and android 7.0 in late November or early December.
If you want something right away, I can't speak to the AVOV boxes as I've never used one. On hearsay, AVOV tends to not offer much support for their boxes, instead offering new boxes often rather than updating the existing boxes. Dreamlink at least keeps updating the older boxes to try and improve them.
For iptv, either are pretty future proof. The stalker platform has been around for many years and is showing no sign of going away.
If you need to have a newer android box for a specific app such as kodi 17 I'd probably go with the avov.
But then again, if you want a future proof Android box that doesn't focus on iptv you should consider the nvidia shield

If you want future proof get a MAG. Many people still using MAG 250, 254 etc.
