So I just banged my head against the wall for two weeks, my stream would go in and out, in and out. I finally changed out all my networking equipment. Then I got the idea that Comcast could be screwing with my feed. I fired up a VPN on my Dreamlink and boom. Flawless connection.
I've discovered through testing that this is absolutely the case. Does not effect the more traditional services like Netflix or Amazon Video, but certainly does for this kind of IPTV.

I have increased my internet and still the same issue. I have suspected they we’re throttling my connection. I asked and of course the guy I talked to completely denied it.
Any suggestions? I have IPGuys and Crown, have had them for years and I have never had an issue with my stopping and starting.
Get a good router and vpn service, I been running like this for almost a year now no prob at all.
It shocks me anyone would pay for a vpn over switching isps.
It's not even about the money, it's about shady business practices.
If they are throttling you, what else do you think they are doing with your information?
