Run away from anything pay once, for life, blla blla.
It's not, it's a person selling an Android box that probably sucks ass (1GB of ram) for about 3x the cost, loading it with Kodi + some addons, and an IPTV service that may or may not work, and selling it to people that don't know any better.
Seems odd. Free lifetime tv? If something sounds too good to be true, usually it is.
This is how people (resellers) end up in jail/court
I have come accross some of these lifetime services at the flea market. They normally sell the box for $200 to $300 and there isnt much to back up their claims for quality and what they advertize (iptv for life). BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.
Run away...Run away quickly.
