I would like to warn others about the provider SOFTIPTV.

I have paid for an annual subscription and I'm very disappointed about the service and channels. Most of the links/programs are not working. Customer support is not helpful at all. I complained several times and each time they provide another URL link, however this is not better than the previous one. All they do is a delaying tactic!!

I have ask now for refund and Softiptv-Support asked me to send my request to helpdesk@paygol.com , which I did, but they are not responding.

I'm fed up now.... Beware....keep away from this provider!
