No need for guides, get SmartIPTV app from App Store on TV, install, 1 week trial you have, then get here and ask for SmartIPTV trial, you will get a few sending you the M3U file to test and upload on your TV. Test a few providers, see what you like, pay, then pay for SmartIPTV app, 5 euro.

Enjoy.

I too am interested in knowing how this works. Please keep us posted.

Generally, smart tv's don't do IPTV well, but if you manage to get a great setup, we'd love to hear about it!

yea i mean who doesn't have smart tv these days mostly everyone so it would be interesting to see if anybody can guide us where to have a setup like this for iptv and which service works the best for it.

Set my dad up with Vader last week. Get siptv app on your TV (7 day trial). Go to http://siptv.eu/mylist/ and put in your Mac address, fill out m3u info with user name and password. Then reboot the app and you're good..
I've not seen it with Vader but originally had him on Epic and quality was good and didn't need a box.. I actually want to upgrade after seeing it. If there were only a direct TV now app would of upgraded already.

Just remember when you setup the siptv app it is based on the Mac so keep it hardwired or WiFi. Swapping changes the device Mac and you have to pay again.

I just set up Vaders/SIPTV on my Samsung TV - it looks amazing. Downside is the lack of a guide. For that reason, I see myself using Vaders on my LE box.

Now I am reading a bit but I can't seem to find the difference in between the siptv app and smartiptv app, which app is the best option to use iptv on smart tv or does it vary for what service I will get for example vader might work good on siptv but not so good on smartiptv app

There is also the Smart STB App. Its a bit costly but operates the same as STB Emulator. Only downside is that not all providers supports it
