Ok so I just bought my first package of iptv from a epicstream retailer. Good service. But I have a slight issue , I have some very slight 1/10 of à sec stutters from time to Time. Its still watchable but not 100% smooth. Here's my complete setup: *Bell 50mb/s service *Bell home hub 3000 *Wise Tiger router in WISP 8feet away from the TV box in 5ghz *KM8 pro Android TV box *Kodi and all addon updated.

Totally depends on the box, the app, how it's connected, and the providers servers. It could be any one of those things.

Not saying this will 100% solve your problem, have you considered hardwiring ethernet to your box?
My Tacoma may stop the stutters. It's pretty sweet.
Try something other than kodi. Thats likely your issue. Use Perfect Player, its a fairly easy setup and typically performs far better than kodi for most people.
Seen this from Epicstream as well. It appears they dial up the resolution so they can sell bullshit about high quality and the cut down the framerame. It is the low frame rates that is causing that jumpiness/stutters/ Saves bandwidth so on their end.
Compare that to SmoothStreams and you can tell the difference.
