There is about a million threads on this in this forum.
Generally speaking most of the people in this sub subscribe to some services already. Most are not provider related, there's not much here in that sense if it's restreaming that you're looking for.
But if you're looking for a provider with large UK content complete with catchup I'd check express and see if it fits the bill.
