1 premium provider or 2 cheap ones

Hello all,

Sky is going at the end of the month so have a few days to sort something out regarding IPTV.

A month ago i trial WSS and was very good. Full HD and no buffering and the channels did not stop randomly.

Last few days tried Flawless for UCL and EL games. They are half the price, plus i only really need sports. Lots of buffering and channels stopping and have to be restarted.

I am UK based and support suggested i needed a VPN and nothing wrong their end, except BT 3 when United was on, where they had issues.

Anyone UK based watch the CL games this week, especially the United one? Which provider did you use?

Not sure if i should go with WSS as they were good last time. Or get two cheaper providers and risk it with a VPN. If one goes down i have the other.

Running 75/5 Wired Internet. Raspberry Pi3 Openelec 8.4 running Kodi 17.3. UK Based. Thanks all.

Depends on which providers you consider premium. I've tried most of the providers out for at least a trial and of the ones that I consider good, no one is standing head and shoulders above the others. They all have their pros and cons, one may have rock solid reliability but be missing channels I consider crucial. Another may have a great channel lineup but they're always freezing or skipping. Gotta just try out a bunch and find the right setup for you

Necroiptv on pi3 works great for me for sports. First two weeks of season had buffering on SS channels, but seems to have sort3d itself out.

2 cheap providers since one premium provider can go down and with two its less likely

I had a trial with WSS and it seems very reliable for UK and sky channels. That said, i had issues with their canadian and us channels. Right now i'm with epic streams and they seem pretty good with the occasional freeze. Epic has trials and I suggest you try them.
