Hi, I am trying to log in to set tv using their generic Mac application however when I enter my username and password and click log in nothing happens. I managed to sign in 2 days ago but now No message nothing. Support aren’t replying to me so I thought I’d try my luck here. Anyone know what’s wrong?
Only thing I'd recommend is uninstall the app & reinstall. Be sure to use an app that deletes the cache & everything else.
They'll likely never reply. I tested them a couple months back & from what I remember, their customer support was nonexistent.
