Hello I am new to the IPTV. From what I see the source of almost all the reseller are guys Each site that I go they restream and they sell those channels. Now my question. If I want to stream those channels at the same time on my server do I need to purchase restream service from the reseller? Or I can just sub and from the link restream all the channels? *restream is when they sell you a connection so you can stream this channel on your server

It depends on the service, but most have you go through a reseller. Some services only work when tied to a MAC address from software on a set top box or software such as STB Emu. Others operate through M3U playlists which can be played on anything that supports M3U. Resellers typically do not run their own services, they get panel access to the service they are reselling for which allows them to support the clients directly on behalf of the main service. The gist of it is, you pay a provider/reseller then you are given credentials that will facilitate the playing of the channels by whatever method that service supports. Not sure what you mean by "your server", but you would play it however the service supports.

It's a great way to get your ass blacklisted by your reseller. What you are doing is not what they are setup to do. The services only have a limited amount of bandwidth and all you'll be doing is fucking them over with your idea. So by posting this you've pretty much ensured that not a single provider will touch you with a normal account. I'm not sure if any do have restreaming packages, but if they do, that is for them to decide what price to charge you, as it can easily overwhelm their service if your server gets too popular.
