You add the categories you want to remove to the filter and the category names need to match 100% ie US would be United States. But it also needs to be url encoded (spaces are not valid in a Url)

I would recommend anyone using vader to get an xtreme editor account. The m3u channels/VOD are not grouped from what I could tell and it gets really messy trying to go through 7000 entries.
