SS has 60 channels in 60fps + the events in 60fps. BTSports(not hd)/Eurosports(hd) are 50fps. Atm no Sky channels if you after that. There are some changes going on there so maybe not the best time to join.
Its impossible to get hq hd streams on iptv since theyre shared by hundreds of people.
Its like back in the day you needed a private iks server, otherwise it was nothing but freezing.

Rapid i have tryed many but Rapid not only has major europian sports channels on 60fps but also very high quality , streams wich carry a 2nd audio track Of course is not perfect and if you are in UK, match day games from big ISP are being blocked but if you in luck like me with small ISP provider last weekend was fantastic on all sports
