SET TV portal address?

hello everyone,

i'm trying to test out SET TV but the portal address is not working for the dreamlink to connect to. their customer service is a bit clueless as they don't seem to understand how mag boxes and dream links connect and keep saying to download their app. just wondering if anyone has the actual working portal address so i can check out the service. already have spent 1 day and 9 emails back and forth to get an answer but hitting brick wall.

please note, my internet is working and i've checked on other apps and speedtest to make sure box is connecting to the internet. also, other iptv services are connecting so i'm 100% sure they either don't have a stalker server or are giving the wrong address to connect to as the box gives a not connecting message and not a not authorized message.

I just pm'ed you the portal address they sent me when I was trying to set up a box before.

thank you for the private messages. i did try the links but their service is just not working with my box.i did get their app to work but the quality of the service is horrible. i think it wouldn't be bad on a small 10 inch screen for a tablet but it's horrible on a 50 inch screen.

that and the horrible buffering and lack of a good guide is a no go for me. ACE and WSS were 10x better (although each had their own issues but 10x better than SET TV).

thank god for trials LOL . what really put me off from SETTV was their horrible customer service. honestly, a customer should not have to explain to them what a MAC address is and why it needs to be added to their server side info for me to access their service. it's always a bad sign when they don't even know what android os their service works with and you have to explain that their own app isn't just for android 5.1 + and DID work on 4.4 LOL.

I had the same issue last night. I was trying the same via STB emu. Apparently the support mentioned they don't support it and instead asked me to use their app. No doubt they have spent effort into their app, but it was not to my liking.

Then I had to mention, i need to get it working for Mag254. and all the links they sent just came up with a graphic during portal load with the message 'Something went wrong.. call us to fix it'..

So 1 day of the 3 day free trial has gone in email / chat exchanges.

They do seem to have a formidable setup hence want to try their service for reliability.
