From what I have heard it has tons of bugs still.
It just seems to be a generic android box like any other so as long as you install something like Perfect Player or in your case Kodi with the appropriate providers addon supporting catchup and you'd be good to go
I have the buzztv xpl2000. Its supposed to work but it doesn't on all the providers I've tested except for IPGUYS. Mind you I've only tried Epic, Vader's, FABIPTV, Flawless, and Gold. All of these did NOT work.
I would have kept IPGUYS for catchup but I prefer the quality of Vaders and Epic.
BUT there's supposedly a firmware update coming out before the end of October. Hopefully there will be a fix for catchup. I'll update this if there is.
I can't say anything about the buzztv xpl3000 except that it already received its firmware update but I'm unclear if it's fixed or not as I do not have one.
