IPTVsubs....Are these guys Legit.

Signed up for free one day trial. Liked what I saw so I signed up for a month. After confirmation my card was charged, was told my one day trial was extended a month. Kodi app shows extension but under status says disabled. Was given no new password. When I try to log back into their website it says my email is wrong. Huh?? It’s the same email I signed up with. So....I put in a support ticket as they claim 24/7 live support and receive an email back saying responses will be very delayed. Expect a few days turnaround at best. Contacting my credit card company immediately.

Just a quick update...I’ve discovered I’m not alone. Others on twitter are stating the same exact thing. Paid the money and account disabled. No response from IPTVsubs and no access to your account on their site.

Channels quality is below the expectations. I have both iptvsub and Vader. Vader is way better quality.

IPTVSubs is legit. I was on IPTVSubs for a year before switching to Epic, because they carried a channel I really wanted, which IPTVSubs did not. I went through a reseller though, and there was no issue. I would have resubbed with him, but he moved on. I guess it's one of those YMMV situations.

IPTVSubs seems legit. I've never used them myself but a lot of people talk about having used them. These things happen with IPTV sometimes, things break, hardware doesn't work or isn't set up properly, there's plenty of room for troubleshooting. Just be patient. Give them a chance to fail you before you start calling foul.

Most of the time with IPTV services these activations aren't automatic. Someone has to manually go in and update your account, and it's not exactly like these places have an entire department for activations. When you actually buy the service it can take a day or more to get activated in some cases. I've had similar experience with Vaders, plan on a good day in advance to renew service.

IPTVSubs is shit. There's much better options out there for IPTV. I was following them on facebook and almost every comment on their posts had negative feedback.

ive been using them for a few months now. i like the service. quality is good overall with picture being decent but especially the minimal stutters and hickups.

the login info that you got for your free trial should be the same as your purchased account. its what mine is and i never changed it. i just logged in now and its working for me.

They will eventually answer you. They are far from one of the better services though.

BEWARE - https://iptvsubs.website That site is a scam. I've been trying to reach them since they reject/cancelled my payment to them...They never returned the funds. support@iptvsubs.website doesn't work.

They are for sure legit, but really, you should be asking these sort of questions BEFORE giving out your credit card, not after.

I'm sure they will get it resolved for you shortly.

On a side note, take whatever kodi plugins tell you with a grain of salt. Kodi generally fails miserably at IPTV and most of us put Kodi behind us a long time ago. I'd recommend looking at any other alternatives before getting involved with kodi.

Kodi is great for home theatres and such, but horrible for iptv.
