Neither of these providers offer multiroom so you may want to consider that first. Out of these two however, IPTVSubs and it's not even close. NFPS is cool if you want an additional, backup provider but you get what you pay for and it's not cut out to be anyone's first choice.

Have you tried ipguys? Ive had that for several months now and its pretty reliable. Crown as well.
