I bought a 3 month subscription 3 months back. Happy with the service I paid for another 3 months yesterday and............... nothing.

No tv, no email confirmation, no one on the chat service, just says 'pending' after 24 hours..... shocking! Despite them saying its 'Instant Delivery'

I understand emergency situations can and will happen. But to have no notification of delays is kinda poor.

Hang in there, sometimes activation just takes a bit lomger. The necro team are great guys, and you never know what emergencies people can run into. Keep us posted though .

i bought a subscription on sunday and still didn't received anything. even tried to contact the support and no one replied to my mails.

Just seen that I am active. Yet I haven't been sent a link to the playlist. MY old playlist isn't working. Come on! Its been longer then the 48 hours. Guess these days will be lost forever with the billing, no way of reclaiming them. And to think, I have pushed quite a few subs your way!
