I don't know of any other reason for my problem other than someone at SS is fucking with me. I resigned with SS this fall to watch hockey (Ottawa Senators) and I haven't been able to watch the last 4 games because the stream either didn't load or wouldn't stream because of endless buffering. Every other hockey stream works flawlessly except the one I want to watch. WTF!!!!! I've submitted help tickets and no reply so hoping someone sees this and fixes this.
Have you jumped on IRC and said something? I wouldnt think anyone at SS has a personal vendetta against you.... or do they? Do you think you did or say anything to them at all to warrant that type of comment?
Same thing happens to me every week with NFL football on Vader this year. The game I want to watch most is usually one of the ones they don't offer an alternative non-SS feed for, and I get fucked.
Smoothstream channels are no where near as reliable as some "I found SS and never tried anything different since" people make them out to be imo. Definitely goes down as a con in my overall opinion on Vader's service.
