What device are you using? Are you in the UK? The best option might be installing the BBC/itv/ch4 dedicated apps for any catchup you might want. I mean it's free. If you're outside the UK you'll need a DNS service like Overplay and possibly need to block google DNS, though I've mainly only encountered that issue with Netflix and Sky apps.
Thank you all for your input Outside the UK so VPN is not an issue. Going to try the servers mentioned . will let you know how i get on If anyone is using!!! then please do let me know or if you know better Thanks again

I haven’t used them in months, but Express supposedly has 7 day catchup on all, or almost all, UK streams.
Flawless has 7 day catchup on pretty much all UK channels.

Thanks will have a look - Have tried Ace but the catch up is limited. When you say reorder channels - whats that mean
