FFS, I think it's well and truly knackered. Not even getting a trial through them.
Any provider that is reasonably priced, supports 2 streams and can offer me a trial today will get my money for the foreseeable future.
I believe I saw them post in another thread in this subreddit that they've been experiencing some system errors that have prevented them from activating new subscriptions. They asked for patience but they gotta step up their communication
