My last support experience with them was a bit rough. Took two days to answer a ticket spanning a week

STB blocked. Open ticket. Two day later. How can I help?

Replied back ticket with stb blocked and Mac

Two days later. I cannot see your Mac in our system.

Sent picture and confirm portal.

Two days later sub expires. Replied with your sub has expired cannot help

That "Your STB is blocked" message is the standard message that appears when your MAC isn't assigned to an active subscription so don't take it too personal.

If some channels glitch and some don't work at all, why did you subscribe at $13/month?
