Never buy 1 year, 3 months max with any Provider. Providers spring up and disappear faster then you think.
No contact info on their web page. Looks like you're screwed. 1. Never pay for a year in advance. 2. Never buy from somewhere that doesn't provide contact information. Sorry, but $60 a year is too good to be true, and you know what they say about that...
I’ve never heard of them. Chances are you paid $60 for a month. Call it a lesson learned and find another service that suits your needs. Pay monthly! After a couple of months of food service, if you want to go for 3 months, fine, but any more than that is silly in this hobby.
