New fire tv and stbemu

by ldr172001

I just got the new Amazon fire tv and can't get stbemu to work on it. After installing the app when you close the app it will not open again, just keeps crashing every time I try to open it. I have a fire tv stick and it's working fine there but on the new fire tv just released I can't get it to open. Is there something I'm doing wrong or did Amazon find a way to block the stbemu for new devices. I'm using the latest version on stbemu pro and I've also tried stb emu free both getting the same results. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried clearing cache and data?

I have the same problem with Stbemu. After installing stbemu on my new Amazon Fire TV. The app starts and I can configure my profile. After I configured my profile and restart the app, Stbemu crashes every time.

After cleaning the cache, I can access the app until i configurate my Profile again.

Any Ideas or solitions???

There is a an alternate version of STB on the Amazon Store. I think its called DST labs, but if you search STB you should find it. Its almost the same as STB so try that

you need to get the DITV app it works just fine on amazon fire and email for a service free trial.

IS THERE No Fix for This yet ?? i guess i'll be avoiding Amazon products like the plague and buying a Mag250 then since its much cheaper ,lol's !!

Well this is a shame, i see quite a few providers offer just to mag/stbemu boxes. I wanted to give it a try without having to shell out money on a MAG box.
