Do we know if epic stream is having some issues lately? I've noticed multiple channels that are not loading and quite a few EPGs lately that are not accurate. Is there a place to report these to them?
USA Network HD: lots of stuttering
CW HD: Improper EPG (Currently the people's Court; it says WGN Early Evenings)
CTV Toronto HD: Blue Screen
They said there was Maintenance underway for some of the streams. Streams impacted: Sportsnet (All) BBN OLN SPACE Global BC
My epg wouldn't load at all yesterday, haven't checked today yet.
Recommended you post in /r/Epicstream as well. They monitor that sub pretty regularly.
Facebook apparently has lots of updates as well if you're on that
Weather problems caused lots of stream issues today. Things should be back to normal later today or sometime tomorrow.
Reach out to you reseller as they usually have the latest updates
If you give me access to any IPTV provider I can provide you with at least 10 channels that are incorrect in some way.
I recently signed up for Epicstream to try it out. Join the FB group to report channel issues. Pretty active and helpful community.
I’ve had a ridiculous amount of problems I the past 3 days. Epg issues, channels playing wrong channels and constant kick outs. Hope it gets sorted out soon.
Yes, we had some Epg probelms yesterday which is being sorted out. This was mentioned within the facebook group. It is recommended that you join. A Facebook Group link would have been sent in you activation mail but you can check out /r/Epicstream to find group info as /u/stokedcrf mentioned or send your reseller an email
