Weird error happening the last 2 weeks out of nowhere. I have a generic android box (Pendoo), I have 2 identical boxes. And on one box, randomly when it has been sitting in the main menu for too long if you click on the STBU icon to enter IPTV, you suddenly get the little circle and the android box says "shutting down"... and it shuts down. You turn it back on and it works fine. So a random shut down when you enter IPTV..... any thoughts??? how do I fix this?
You're gunna need to do more troubleshooting on your end.
But start by clicking on the same icon perhaps without a remote, maybe keyboard or mouse.
See if the problem is IR related or not.just keep in mind that all of these generic android boxes have their own issues and it's unlikely any of us here will he able to help with such products as we won't be able to reproduce the problem on our end.
Your only option would be to live with it, or get it covered under warranty. Most manufacturers will offer warranties.
