HD will never look same as on sat/cable. You want Arab shows in VoD or Arab channels? Most big providers have lots of Arab, check Rapid, KingBox, WSS and a few.
IDK about Kodi, but smart iptv works really good for me. I use Roku as the device.

Don't ever buy a year worth of anything. I've been using the same provider for well over a year and I still wouldn't give them even 6mo when it's offered again on black Friday.
