Quality difference between STBEMU vs Perfect player?

by ivozzz

I know EMU uses Mac address and PP uses the log in method... Does one provide better quality service over the other?

I believe the actual streams are the same, but the actual decoder doing the video processing and how it does it can be slightly different, which affects the quality. I have noticed a moderate to significant difference depending on which decoding method used in which app.

As others have mentioned, the feeds are the same. Im jumping to conclusions here that you're trying to decide which way to connect to iptv, and you think quality is the main difference. It isn't.

I think the most important question If you want catchup, vod, and integrated epg and stuff emu will provide this.

Perfect player connection method will allow for you to use your account on various devices such as VLC on a laptop or whatever should you choose. But vod will be mixed in with your channels and is well... Messy.

Basically if you are using this in a family environment say in a living room or something, I'd say emu. For mobile users go with m3u which is the login password method.

I can give you a trial for both so you can compare for yourself. Myself I prefer stb. We can also link a mac to a m3u so you can have both .
