ProgTV is better than Perfect Player IMO. Have all the people that recommend Perfect Player tried ProgTV? Because at the very least there should be a debate between the two.
Their Windows client ProgDVB is by far the best windows client.
Try perfect player or vlc player however you will need an username and password from your provider.
