NecroIPTV support?

Hey guys.

I just bought a subscription for NecroIPTV but I'd like to cancel it, because of a misjudgement on the channels. They're not what I want

I made a ticket a day and bits ago to issue a refund but they are not responding !!!

I also don't want to play a waiting game for a refund. I did end up buying a year end subscription...

Is this common? Where are their support team? I feel so cheated if they don't answer to refunds.

Anyone has experiences to share with their support team?

They done the same with me when I bought foolishly a year sub, thankfully I sucked it up and moved to fab on a monthly sub and haven't looked back.

Would never sub for a year even with fab, monthly for me is good much less to lose

Nope I tried for weeks then they rebranded and ignorefd me. My sub still remains active however like you each time I check any channel I want to watch is dead. Even when they responded the support would never actually fix what I reported.

As hard as it is move on to another and don't shell out for lengthy subs. Fab has been great for me.for 3 months but still the savings of a yearly don't sway me towards moving from the freedom of monthly. My favourite sub yet, but things can change weekly in this industry.

When they rebranded they told me that I could still have the old service if that is what I wanted. I paid and asked for the old service. Turns out they lied and just took my money and ignored me. Tried to get a refund through Paypal but was unsuccessful. At the end of the day, losing the money a month’s sub cost won’t kill me but I would never go near Necro again and I would urge anyone to avoid them too.

In simple the old service still exists but is no longer provided by Necro, you can get it directly via kingbox.

The new service or current service is more focused on certain regions and channels. Support is usually alright, on the old service thats still active for users who have paid, they cant support much as the staff dont have access to the system im told. They can report but thats it as they dont have access.
