Had a sub a couple of years ago and it was pretty unusable, not to mention about 3-4x the price of other suppliers!
So does anyone still use it? Has it improved at all?

Yep, I've been using them for about 18 months. There was a spell with a few hiccups, but they seem to have sorted it. VOD is great, live TV is solid and of all the providers I've tried (Fab, Flawless, Vaders, Smoothstreams, Sportsaccess, Sportsman's) their EPL streams have been great.
What continues to big me though is their catch up, it's great when it works but they seem to have server issues quite frequently which delete everything and so the catch up window starts from scratch.
