Is there such a thing? I don't think there is, but I figured I'd ask just to be sure.
And if not, which IPTV provider has the largest VOD library (english)? The biggest I've seen is IPguys but I heard they are not working great lately, and perhaps there is some provider who has an even larger library.
Please let me know if there is such a thing as VOD only IPTV, or if it exists under another name if you are aware of anything like that.

I think flawless is very good. They almost add everyday
No need to pay for a VOD only provider. You can just install a few of the best VOD apps out there for pirated content (Terrarium TV for example) and you'll have everything covered for free

I love(d) TeeveeZone. They had 11,000 in their VOD and now they have nothing at all (literally nothing). I wonder if it is a glitch that’ll be fixed because it is a big reason I pay and I probably wouldn’t otherwise.
Actually there is, it's called netcast. They have a facebook group. Apparently it's like Netflix on steroids although I don't have it, I just learned about it recently. 6$ a month I think

Funkyiptv on Twitter has what you're looking for but I've not tried it personally but I think there are better free alternatives out there.
