Come check out Epicstream here . Epicstream has some of the highest quality English streams from US, CA and UK plus sports. There are also international streams but you can chose to get English Streams only
As others have said, epic is one of my favorites.
However, If you check the sticky over in /r/iptvgta I actually did a video review of the StalkerTV app and it could be literally one of the best media players for iptv ever released, in my experience.
The tests were done on Android, but works on iOS as well.
The downside is not many providers support it yet. Express is the main one thst does, but express resellers have the ability to remove any languages you don't want. You'll find many providers don't give you that option (such as ipguys etc).
Check out the video review anyways to see how intuitive the app is. I just wished all providers supported it!
Vaders seems to be the most US focused of all the providers I've tried. Most accurate EPG for US channels, and has lots of locals for many major markets rather than just one ABC, NBS, CBS, and Fox. Also pretty good for Canadian channels which is good because lots of the content is the same, just less commercials.

suggest vader streams, the best one of iptv for multiple platforms, support max.5 devices under max.3 ip addresses. easily find setting information for all platforms. you can get service from www.vaders.club
Epicstream, Flawless, Fab (in that order for me).
Sure many will suggest few providers, but I would suggest iPlayTV app on Apple TV 4, add URL and XML and I was pleasantly surprised on the layout also.
