I use PMC and am in the chat and you came across as an inpatient prick to be honest. They have said that they are busy but will deal with it soon too many people and that has been fine (btw soon was half an hour !) but you took grievance to it and acted like a child. Let's be honest if you called a cable company/Sky or whoever to install TV it isn't going to take less than 3 hours is it?
Personally to me this makes me like PMC more as it shows that they don't accept douchbags onto the service.
