IN past 3 months I have tried 3 different providers and like IPTVExpress the most.
IPTVEXpress: Good listing of HIndi and punjabi channels. Many HD and 4k. Good support from the guy name William at ( http://www.iptvexpressreseller.com/ ). Some channels are down now and then but fixed.
Good listing on VOD Punjabi movies.
IPGUYS was good but the quality is not as good. Less HD channels. CrownTV, lot of channels but express beats in quality and also the support for Crown in not existent. They did not even were able to send me a paid trial on time.

I would recommend try IPTV Express for a month. The PQ is unbeatable. I have renewed for 2nd month now. Yes there are times it would have stuttering and that can be really frustrating , which is why I always use a backup provider.
