I made this mistake before. Just keep sending emails and posting on their twitter or Facebook. Can't remember which one. I didn't receive any response and actually chalked it up to my loss, then got a FB message over a month later. They didn't refund, but gave me a code to enter for what service I paid for. Problem is that I had already purchased a sub from .is so I haven't tried the code. We'll see if it works when the .is sub is over.
