Yes, you can. You would have to mimic the config of the Dreamlink exactly (MAC Address, Serial Number, Device id, Make/model/ UserAgent, etc) on STBEmu apk on your Tablet/PC. You might have to use a network traffic sniffing tool like wireshark to get their device id, etc.
