I am trying to help my parents. They bought a box last year and the subscription has expired. They would like to renew and keep using their box however they do not know how and neither do I.
The mainly use it to watch football (soccer), African channels or channels in French.
They prefer French or English languages. Thanks in advance for the help!
If you can give us the portal url being used, then most of us can figure out what provider they are using and let you know. Without any further info, we can't really help you!

Contact their reseller, the person they bought it from, and they will resub. It's as easy as that. If they don't know who they bought it form, they're fucked for their current provider as most lock the MAC address. Better hope they never threw away the email or the contact info.
