All VPN providers have at least 1-2 UK access points.

I've tried a few, and stuck with TorGuard, good support too.

I had PIA but they only have servers in London & Southampton, NordVPN cover London and Manchester which works for me being in the north of england

I got a cheap 3 year sub from a provider on stack social a few years ago. Works fine for iptv, I always speed test a few different server locations and go with the fastest.

Pia is the best I have tried, compared to others I have tried like digibit and windscribe. I get good consistent speeds of around 28mbps on pia when my connection without vpn is usually around 36mbps. With windscribe and digibit the speeds would vary greatly and when servers were busy e.g 3pm football on Saturdays digibit would go as low as 5mbps.
