So I purchased a weekend pass, as soon as I click the complete order button the page slows down to stupidness, comes up with the typical Error 524, with the Host having errors, I get a message from PayPal saying the money is gone but none from Eclipse, when I go back on the site its saying verify an email, which they are not sending and if I click on anything it either loads for eternity or gives me another Error 524 page. My service status is "pending" but still nothing is happening, cant contact them for a refund because when I click anything the site crashes usually.
Anyone have any ideas?
Tried necro/Eclipse for the first time in an attempt to test BT Sports - my order processed but doesn't work at all (playlist loads fine - video stops constantly). Tried to enter a ticket, got an error message saying I wasn't entering a CAPTCHA correctly when there was no CAPTCHA at all in the form. Waste of GB $4. Testing a variety of IPTV services on trials since ACE called it quits - Fab seems to be working at least.
