It's not just you. It's been shite the last couple of days.
No. What country are you located in? No issues here in Canada at all. Judging from the slang from the other person who agrees with your, you're probably from Europe, so as Mikalkhash says, join the facebook group as there is a huge section there in regards to support.
Why is it supposedly good in some places and bad in others .Are they not set up properly to supply buffer free freeze free service world wide ,or is it only good in certain countries. If so which are the most stable countries. I am not part of facebook,and never will be. So this is my go to place for the facts maam.
on what channels? The usual stuff i watch has no issues. I would post it on Ultrabox group as that seems to be very active.
I am watching ABC in the morning and no drops. Last night they had some freezing around 10PM, but before that it was fine. I watched my NHL Game for a couple of hours + CNN last night

I recommend contacting your reseller for support. There is no server issues causing buffering across streams which your post infers.
You can consult with the FB group to see if other users are having the same issues you are having.
Based on recent posts, it was already recommended to you to contact reseller or join group for support
